Despite this,very few studies had previously investigated issues of emotional regulation in education and other service sector jobs in India. Thus, this book tried to examine if emotional regulation exists within Indian academia through the perspectives of students and professors as they perform equally important roles in education. Finally, the book presented recommendations to future researchers and Human Resource Managers based on the findings of the research.
