Shiliang Cui is a Provost's Distinguished Associate Professor of operations and analytics at the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, USA. His research focuses on studying customer behavior under service settings, product development, and supply chain strategies for companies. Zhongbin Wang is an Associate Professor at the College of Management and Economics, Tianjin University, China. His research interests include stochastic modeling, consumer-driven service operations, and queueing theory, with applications to service systems. Luyi Yang is an Assistant Professor of operations and information technology management at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, USA. His research interests include service operations, digital marketplaces, and sustainability. Prior to joining Berkeley Haas, he was an assistant professor of operations management and business analytics at Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School, USA.Bibliographische Angaben
