Modeling Changes in Business Processes

Business Process Modeling is one of the classical research topics on analyzing and measuring the performance of processes and sub-processes of a company or an institution. The research is based on today's existing methodology research in the field and it is distinguished by a mark of creativity, identifying a niche that has not yet been exploited in correlating the decomposition of business processes with three subjects used in both fields, scientific research and professional business. The subjects come from an econometric field (measurement of the gender pay gap within a company/institution), an IT field (application of AGILE methodology) and a statistical-financial field (workforce analytics for measuring process performance and reducing costs). The importance of the research topic is represented by the correlation of these three subjects. This also provides its originality mark as it has not been preceded by similar literature until today. This research topic also has a majorimpact on the day-to-day life of a company or institution by highlighting a human impact factor (on gender pay gap) and a process optimization factor (AGILE methodology and workforce analytics).
