As well, this model deploys critical metaphor analysis. This poetic interdisciplinary model analyzed Forugh Farrokhzad's poetry to investigate how gender ideology embedded in her poetry has been treated in English translations - Forugh was a Persian contemporary poetess who iconoclastically and feministically remonstrated about the gender ideology of her-lifetime Iran (1935-1967). In brevity, this book can be beneficial to teachers and individuals engaged in poetry alongside its translation as well as critical discourse analysts, feminists, literary critics and even historians; besides, the introduced model can be employed by researchers to provide a translation criticism of translated poems.
