Mark Wheeler has been developing information systems since 1984 in a variety of industries. Mark has had several books on PC-based operating systems published, and also writes fiction. He teaches Information Theory courses in Portland, Oregon, where he lives with his supportive wife, four brilliant children, and too many animals.
