What happens when a young soldier hesitates before pressing the trigger while in the line of enemy fire? How does a girl next door deal with her newfound fame when a simple good deed propels her to stardom? Where will a group of trekkers end up after taking one wrong turn on an isolated road?
These and other edge-of-the-seat situations await you in this book of short stories by a group of teenage students of the Global Indian International School, SMART Campus in Singapore. They used the power of their pen and the dexterity of their imagination to take readers into multiple journeys full of danger, adventure, and occult.
Readers will feel cool waters as they dive in the Pacific Ocean with identical twins Angie and Susan or have their adrenaline pumping as they hunt for the Lost Heart of Eden with Harris, James, and Miles or feel Clarissa's pain as she deals with failure and disappointment.
The commendable effort is worth a read, especially when it comes from a group of kids with a passion for reading and a flair for storytelling.

Autoren-Porträt von Giis Tenors
This collection is a maiden effort at story-telling by the talented students of Global Indian International School, Smart Campus. Each story is an original piece of work which dwells with events and emotions rarely dealt on a personal level by children of that age. And yet, the teenage writers have managed to capture the essence of each of their characters with finesse and aptitude. Readers will be amazed at the maturity and depth shown by our students through their writing, and we hope overwhelming support for the book will encourage our young writers to produce more quality work in future.
