So, Kerry established Green Real Estate Education, took it upon herself to self-educate, did her own research and wrote courses for the various declines within the real estate industry, gaining CEU approvals in trade associations in over 17 states. Kerry found experts who pioneered facilitation green insurance metrics in that industry and collaborated in writing "Green Building for Insurance Professionals." That effort resulted in gaining approval in all 50 states, That course was offered through a 3rd party provider. She is responsible for educating close to 20,000 in sustainability metrics and green building basics in the various business sectors.

In October of 2023, with recognizing the abrupt changes in real estate market, Kerry established Premier RE Consultants. Consumers always have questions about real estate, before during and after they buy sell or invest. It is usually a main topic of conversation at family gatherings. Her goal was to have a platform for consumers to be able to learn from experts before, during and after they buy, invest or sell property.
