Bananaland is indeed a beautiful imaginary country. Some call it a democratic republic, others a kingdom. If there is anything to admire it is the natural environment of Bananaland. However, the inhabitants of Bananaland are a strange people. Most sleep on trees by hanging upside down and they greet by lifting their knees and pointing it towards their neighbour. Their speech consists of repetitions of words and phrases. Bananaland economy seems to have been taken over by political apes. Lately there are more political apes than humans because the apes reproduce faster and have larger following. The only way to get pass a silverback is throwing him some banana. At the assembly of higher apes, to which humans also belong, what matters is banana. The more Banana one has or can borrow the more influential he becomes and the more likely he is to sit on the throne and rule. Welcome to Bananaland!
