His research is focused on advanced oxide materials coatings via plasma electrolyte oxidation and micro-arc oxidation methods. Currently, he is involved in thermal barrier coatings via suspension plasma spray specially in Lanthanum-Zirconate systems. He is also the co-inventor of "Ceramic colloid suspension stream injector for functionally graded suspension plasma spray coatings" (PCT/IB2020/061929) patent.
