Work is the one thing almost everyone has to do in life. Not to engage in some sort of work is to he labelled unemployed, idle or unproductive. Economists track the level of unemployment as a measure of a nations economic well-being. So governments need to have policies in place to tackle this social and political problem. A key issue though, is whether we have the right concept of this universally important word "Work".

Akin focuses on the paradigms individuals need to embrace to be productive at work. Akin, who was commissioned into ministry by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, is the co-founder of the Syncterface Group (a technology, media and publishing company), and has written several books which include "The Knowledge of the Hebrew Boys," "Piercing the Spirit of the Sadducees" and "Understanding the Voice of God."
His writings are eye-opening, paradigm-changing and insightful.
Akin is also the convener of the Believer's Faith Campaign, an interdenominational gathering that offers a platform for the teaching of the Word of God, the preaching of the Gospel, special sessions for praying for the sick and the demonstrations of the Holy Spirit.
Akin lives in the United Kingdom with his wife and two children.
