Employee performance has shown to have a significant positive effect on organizational performance (Collis and Montgomery, 1995). There is a growing recognition that the primary source of competitive advantage is derived from an organization's human resources. This is also true to organizations where its employees' performance has been always a core factors which decides its overall performance and productivity.
