Antony Hegarty is the lead singer of his band, Antony and the Johnsons. Their debut album I AM A BIRD NOW was named album of the year by MOJO and he received the pestigious Mercury Prize. His visual art was the subject of a recent solo show in London. He has an installation/art performance at MOMA at the end of 2010.
