World is suffering from a serious problems called pollution, it is the introduction contaminants in the natural environment. Water is the precious source of earth, it is only the factor of life origin and without it life cannot be imagined, each and every step we require it. As an today more than 20% of surface water utilized by industries alone them textile industries one. These synthetic dyes were widely used in the textile, leather, pharmaceuticals, food industries. These dyes are manufactured from the compounds obtained by the distillation of coal tar, majorly dyes consists intermediates like benzene, toluene , naphthalene , anthracene , phenol , cresol , acridine ,quinoline called intermediates. These dye containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are more recalcitrant in nature.Treatment of synthetic dye became a global concern issue which is creating major factor for pollution.Work is proceeded with isolating novel dye degrading strains three efficient bacterial strains namely-Enterococcus casseliflavus CMGS-1, Lysinibacillus boronitolerans CMGS-2,Klebsiella oxytoca CMGS-3, were degrading selected dye efficient when results were analyzed.
