Thomas L Muinzer is a lecturer is environmental law and public law at the University of Stirling, UK. He undertook his qualifying law degree and other legal qualifications at Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland. He has general expertise in environmental and public law and policy, and particular expertise in climate and energy law and policy.
