Dr. Helmuth Hartmeyer war bis zu seiner Pensionierung (2015) Leiter der Abteilung Zivilgesellschaft in der Austrian Development Agency (ADA) und Vorsitzender des Global Education Network Europe (GENE) von 2008-2016. Er unterrichtet Globales Lernen am Institut für Internationale Entwicklung der Universität Wien.
