This is done by conducting the survey in the hostel messes of RIT College. This survey summarizes the likes and dislikes of students for various dishes provided and the days that students like to choose other than the mess for eating food. It collect all the opinions and suggestion from the students and concerning food provided by the hostel mess and about its wastage. It then come at suitable conclusions from our findings. It mentioned the various ways which are possible to optimize food wastage.

Koli, PoojaI am miss. Pooja Vasant Koli, student of MTech Electronics. I am studying MTech in RIT, Sakharale. I have completed BE(E&TC) in PVPIT, Budhgaon. In first year of MTech I was staying in girls hostel. During lunch and dinner time I have noticed that many students were going to waste the food regularly so I got a motivation for the work.
