Autoren-Porträt
Fritz Böhle war bis 2008 Professor für Sozioökonomie der Arbeits- und Berufswelt an der Universität Augsburg und ist seitdem Leiter der dortigen Forschungseinheit für Sozioökonomie der Arbeits- und Berufswelt. Nach langjähriger Forschungstätigkeit am Institut für sozialwissenschaftliche Forschung (ISF) München ist er dort seit 1998 auch Vorsitzender des Vorstands. Seine Forschung richtet sich auf die Rolle von Erfahrungswissen und subjektivierendem Arbeitshandeln, Entwicklungen von Arbeit in Produktion und Dienstleistung, den Umgang mit Ungewissheit, Organisationsentwicklung und berufliche Bildung. Markus Bürgermeister ist Diplom-Kaufmann und arbeitet als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Extraordinariat für Sozioökonomie der Arbeits- und Berufswelt, Universität Augsburg. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich von Change- und Projektmanagement sowie informeller Kooperation und Kommunikation. Praktische Erfahrungen sammelte er beim Management von Verbundprojekten mit Beteiligung von Unternehmen und wissenschaftlichen Organisationen sowie im Rahmen einer Ausbildung zum Versicherungskaufmann..
