For successful innovation in business the responsible managers need a consistent view of the individual processes as well as an assessment of key projects in all phases of the development. Autoren-Porträt
Herrmann Mohnkopf ist Intellectual Property Manager bei Rolls-Royce Deutschland. Zusätzlich ist er Lehrbeauftragter für Innovationsmanagement an der FHTW Berlin. Er ist aktives Mitglied im Verein für Patentingenieure und Patentanwälte Deutschlands sowie im internationalen Verein für Lizenzwesen, Licensing Executive Society, LES. Herr Mohnkopf ist Mitinitiator der F&E Vertragsbausteine, dem sog. Berliner Vertrag. Im VDI Bezirksverein Berlin-Brandenburg leitet er den Arbeitskreis Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik und ist Mitglied des Vorstandes. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Hartmann war mehrere Jahre für die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft tätig, zuerst am Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart, zuletzt als Direktor am Fraunhofer IFF in Magdeburg. Jetzt ist er Geschäftsführer der IMIG (International Management & Innovation GmbH) mit Standorten in Leonberg und Barleben. Einen Namen machte er sich als Mitbegründer des Konzeptes der Fraktalen Fabrik und durch seinen darauf basierenden Lösungsansatz zum "Wandlungsfähigen Unternehmen". Er ist Herausgeber des dreibändigen Standardwerkes DYNAPRO - Erfolgreich produzieren in turbulenten Märkten und Mitherausgeber der Publikation Das "Fledermaus-Prinzip" - Strategische Früherkennung für Unternehmen (LOGIS, 1999). Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Schmeisser, Professor an der FHTW Berlin für Finanzierung und Investition, Unternehmensführung, insbesondere Personalwirtschaft und an der Universität Duisburg tätig. Er ist Direktor des Kompetenzzentrums 'Internationale Innovations- und Mittelstandsforschung', Berlin.
