Autoren-Porträt von Frank Doll
Frank Doll wurde 1972 geboren. Nach dem Abitur besuchte er das Music College Regensburg. Anschließend studierte er vier Semester Musikwissenschaft, Germanistik und Sprachwissenschaft an der Universität Regensburg. Da ihn die Gitarre nicht losließ, beschloss er, sich diesem Instrument ganz zu widmen und wechselte auf das Münchner Gitarreninstitut (MGI).Seit 1998 arbeitet Frank Doll als Instrumentallehrer. Nebenher absolvierte er zahllose Auftritte im In- und Ausland in unterschiedlichen Formationen aus den Bereichen Rock und Pop, Musical und Unterhaltungsmusik.Frank Doll unterrichtet derzeit im musischen Zweig der Edith-Stein-Realschule Parsberg und leitet seit 2006 die Musikwerkstatt Frauenberg.
