Autoren-Porträt
The Editors: Bruno Brosowski, born in 1930, has been a full professor at the University of Frankfurt since 1975. His main fields of scientific interest are applied analysis, mathematical informatics, optimization.Jochen Ester, born 1945 in Oelsnitz/V., is a professor in the field of automatic and operational control at the Chemnitz University of Technology. His present research interests are in the areas of decision theory, optimization, fuzzy set theory and aritficial intelligence.
Siegfried Helbig, born in 1957, received his doctorate in 1987 at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt/Main. His main fields of scientific interest are optimization, especially vector optimization and parametric optimization, and mathematical informatics.
Reinhard Nehse, born in 1941. In 1985 he became a professor at Ilmenau. His particular interests are applied mathematics, especially optimization and vector optimization.
