Pharmaceutically pellets are versatile multi-particulate solid dosage form that can be amenable to both encapsulation into hard gelatin capsules or compression to form tablets and therefore may form an excellent carrier system for the controlled oral delivery of both low and high dose drugs. Due to good technological and Biopharmaceutical advantages Pelletization have gained importance in the modern pharmaceutical sciences and expected to play a major role as a carrier to control the release of drug.Now a days , Pelletization technology widely used which unstable drug on have compatibility problem with excipients. The Potential of this technology provide the scope for development of different Oral control drug delivery systems and topical delivery systems.
