Diwakar is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Veterinary Microbiology, College of Veterinary Science & A.H, Acharya Narendra Deva University Of Agriculture & Technology, Ayodhya (UP). He obtained a UG degree from the GBPUA&T, Pantnagar (U.K) in the year 2004, and a master's degree from ANDUAT, Ayodhya (UP).
