Mandal [PhD (Architecture) BIT, Mesra; Master of Planning (Urban Planning), SPA Delhi; B. Arch IIT KGP] is a Professor & Head of the Department of Urban & Regional Planning in School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. He is a dedicated researcher and propagator of Universal Design in the planning paradigm. Having authored a number of national and international publications, Professor Mandal is an immense source of inspiration to his students and colleagues alike.

Das Mahapatra, GaurabProf. Gaurab is an Architect turned Urban & Regional Planner and is presently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Architecture, GITAM deemed to be University. He is a recipient of Dual Gold Medal(Chairman's & Proficiency) & Best Thesis Award from SPA, Bhopal. Besides, he is a recipient of DIC Scholarship for research in Universal Design.
