Sie sammelte berufliche Erfahrung bei internationalen Haubenköchen und entdeckte dabei ihre persönliche Leidenschaft für Regionalität und Saisonalität. Ihr Grundsatz beim Kochen: "Weniger ist mehr!" Heute kreiert sie als Küchenchefin von VIVAMAYR in Maria Wörth individuelle und innovative Rezepte für die moderne F.X. Mayr-Küche. Sie gibt ihr vielfältiges Wissen über balanciertes Essen in Kochkursen weiter.
