Johann Christoph Friedrich von Schiller (10 November 1759 9 May 1805) was a German poet, philosopher, physician, historian, and playwright.Wilhelm Hauff (29 November 1802 18 November 1827) was a Württembergian poet and novelist.Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (28 August 1749 22 March 1832) was a German writer and statesman.Ernst Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann (24 January 1776 25 June 1822) was a German Romantic author of fantasy and Gothic horror, a jurist, composer, music critic and artist.Paul Johann Ludwig von Heyse (15 March 1830 2 April 1914) was a distinguished German writer and translator.Bernd Heinrich Wilhelm von Kleist (18 October 1777 21 November 1811) was a German poet, dramatist, novelist, short story writer and journalist. Karl Leberecht Immermann (24 April 1796 25 August 1840) was a German dramatist, novelist and a poet.
