Ramesh K. Choudhary, Director, Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology, Panipat, obtained ME from Moscow Academy of Instrument Making and Information Science, Moscow and PhD from VMU, Salem. He is an Indian Co-ordinator, FUSION, an EU (ERUSMUS MUNDUS) project to foster partnerships of emerging Asian countries with the EU countries to reinforce the existing collaborations developed through the EU funded projects. He is an Indian Indian Coordinator of Project LEADER in collaboration with University of Sannio, Italy and Jiao Tong University, China. Mandal, former Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Technology and Management, University of Kalyani, Kolkata, obtained M.Tech in Computer Science from Calcutta University and PhD (Engg.) in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Prof. Mandal has co-authored 6 books all published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany. He has over 350 papers published to his credit.
