Produktinformationen zu „Ariel: Ariel and the Lady of the House: Moon in the 8th (PDF)“
Officially in love, Ariel and Brad are now to begin their happily ever after together. As soon as the ink on her divorce papers dries, Ariel and her daughter move in with Brad and his two teenagers. They realize their decision to live together may appear hasty to others and they are prepared for some criticism; however, they are completely blindsided by the chaos that quickly unfolds.
As expected, Ariel’s ex-husband, Josh, has a fit. Brad’s ex-wife, Abby, is furious that her former mansion is being redone to suit the tastes and needs of the new “lady of the house.” And Ariel’s parents claim she is selfish mother for putting her own interests above her daughter’s and moving the toddler into a house of strangers. Then much to her surprise, Ariel learns she’s pregnant. Suddenly petulant annoyances escalate into more serious issues – especially when Brad’s daughter, Brianna, becomes convinced her father’s “new family” is replacing her.
As if the present isn’t enough to deal with, during these crossroads Brad unexpectedly finds himself dealing with a past he’s kept hidden from everyone. Then an anonymous enemy gets hold of this deep, dark secret and exposes it to his family on Christmas Eve. At first Brad is wrought with guilt and shame; but through a series of flashbacks he comes to terms with his past and finally realizes the only way to ensure a successful relationship is through honesty.
Eventually the couple proves to their naysayers that it’s possible to find true love after enduring a life-time of unhappiness and that you don’t need to be related to someone else’s children to truly have their best interest at heart.
