I am an artist that has been blessed with many friends who are artists. The artists included in this book are friends I have collaborated with, that I have painted with, and exhibited with. Workshop mates, art club buddies, companions. These artists have graciously shared their path, their journey and their hearts through the interviews contained in this collection.

A little about me. I am a pictorial artist working in watercolor and textiles as my instrument. I am drawn to portraiture as my first love, then landscapes. I like to combine watercolor and acrylic painting in my textile pieces as I work on silk and cotton. My art flows when responding to a scene; I want the viewer to finish the story I have begun with a message of harmony and simplicity.
