Baby lambs are very frisky and love to run and play. They also are easily frightened and that's what happens one day when a little lamb gets scared and runs away from the flock. He has trouble finding his way back until he remembers the one person that really cares about him - the shepherd! As he follows the shepherds voice, he finds safety and comfort.
Written in poetry style, this book teaches young readers about how to use words in fun and creative ways. It also helps them train their ears to listen for words that sound alike.
