I was born in the British West Indies and the Commonwealth of Jamaica that gained its independence from Britain in 1962. I have being writing poems since I was 15 and it has always given me a voice to speak. My work is dark poetry that comes to light. It comes from a place deep within and speaks to whomever wishes to listen. I am Lancelot Aloysius Walker
