Jenny Stanley-Matthews is passionate about providing the best treatment for her clients and giving them the insight and clarity they need to become empowered and positively change their lives. Jenny is a Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiologist, Counsellor and Life Coach and has been practicing for over 10 years. She currently sees clients at her clinic on the beautiful foreshores of Lake Macquarie, Hunter Region and at a 5 star health retreat in the Hunter Valley.Jenny's clientele includes international guests, celebrities, business owners, professional therapists, parents and children. Seeing a variety of people from all walks of life has enabled Jenny to identify the prevalence of self-empowerment issues regardless of the person's origin or personal circumstances.Jenny realised that by educating individuals on simple ways to improve their sense of power she could not only help to improve their life but have a roll-on effect to their families, communities, and societies. Jenny has volunteered at high schools to help young teenagers with self esteem activities as well as running courses and community group activities.
