Produktinformationen zu „Humanivity - Innovative economic development through human growth (ePub)“
This book by Kenneth Daun illustrates clearly how important the human capital is for any company, in particular for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), whose success strongly relies on the potential of the employees. The author describes how the human growth can influence an innovative economic development. He does not only explain his developed method for organisational innovation, but is also reflecting on a very practical way on three different case studies from South Sweden that he worked on for many years. It is underlined, that not much money needs to be invested to make a true change in a firm by boosting the innovation capabilities, but how companies, community and universities together can support such a growth.
Autoren-Porträt von Kenneth Daun
Since 1975 Kenneth Daun worked with numerous development projects in different contexts on local, regional and international level. He has had positions as teacher in natural science in schools, as a personnel manager in several industrial companies, as a general manager in his own enterprises and was responsible for trade and industry development in Åstorp community, Sweden. He has also worked as a project leader in a research institute by Lund University. His "driving force" is to find general variables and truths, which can be used in order to influence human empowerment in companies. His action research of human cooperation in the border land between an idea and action led to his theory of common activity.
