And find a better place to roam

Living in a foster home, I wondered about slums, so I ran away. From there and an orphanage. Highschool I finished in a reformatory. I got a dishwashing job and got an AA degree in Early Childhood Education.Intoxicated, I went to 7 treatments. Writing poems, staying sober, I realized I valued my life.
My poems may help someone to use common sense and make living worthwhile. Bad situations I had hurt and maintaining my sobriety life is acceptable for myself and people I come in contact with.
