She is co-author of Lesikar's Business Communication: Connecting in a Digital World (2013), M: Business Communication (2014), and Business Communication: A Problem-Solving Approach (2017). Her research has appeared in Business and Professional Communication Quarterly, Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management, and the Journal of Health Education.
