With several long distance fund raising bicycle trips as a backdrop, Mick speaks to some of the positive values in life. Through the pedestrians he meets and the values they live out, Mick explores some of these values. Pedaling along the white line of life, while dangerous, is also rewarding. Certainly the pedestrians one meets are worth every revolution.
Mick Humbert retired from dentistry, due to a back disability, after 13 years of practice. He took up recumbent bicycling as means of physical exercise and emotional well being. Mick presently works for Hastings Family Service, a small private nonprofit agency. He also does ministry within the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis as a permanent Deacon in the Roman Catholic Church. Mick presently lives in Hastings Minnesota with his wife, Rita.
