Autoren-Porträt von Prionka Ray
I was born and raised in India after which I moved to Switzerland and Hong Kong. Currently, I am a resident of Singapore, where I live with my husband and two daughters. After a degree in Hospitality Management and Post Graduation in Advertising and PR from India, I continued my education in Singapore with Child Development and Learning, Speech and Drama and finally with Speech Communication Arts from Trinity Guildhall, London (Singapore Centre). Professionally, I am an Educator and a writer. As an Educator, I teach Speech and Drama where Drama is used as a tool rather than entertainment. As a Writer, I freelance for Singapore and Indian publications. I am also associated with the Ministry of Singapore (MCYS) as a volunteer Case Worker for abused children. I like lots and lots of words. Not all of them are beautiful but I hope that they convey the depth and truth of thoughts and I hope that they have the power to change…one person at a time.
