Autoren-Porträt von Paul Graham
Paul Robert Graham was born, raised, and lived most of his life in San Jose area in the middle of the Silicon Valley in Northern California. He has four beautiful and talented children along with two grandchildren (soon to be five grandchildren). He spent twenty years working with teens and professional athletes and was the chaplain for the Oakland A's baseball team for eight years. He moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2004 and works as a writer, green realtor, and top wedding officiant. He has been a vegan since 2007 and began the "Eating Vegan in Vegas" blog in 2011, a daily blog that began as a challenge to write about 365 days and 365 vegan meals in Las Vegas. He continues to seek out and write about the newest and best plant-based eating options in Las Vegas as a resource for both locals and the millions of visitors to the area each year. Paul also writes a weekly Sunday column for the Las Vegas Informer, an on-line newspaper, and is also featured in its sister publications in California and Texas. The column is called "Being Vegan" and focuses on this lifestyle from a health, ethical, environmental, and spiritual point of view. Paul is partners in Las Vegan Eatz Events, which hosts monthly vegan dinners and events at restaurants and locations around the Las Vegas area. He also is involved in a growing community network on Facebook and Twitter focusing on these areas as well. His goal is to build bridges daily for conscious eating and living.
