Jackie Simmons is a Biology, Environmental, Physical, and Earth Science Teacher. She learned the “truth” about salvation, while in college, and obeyed the gospel by being re-baptized or re-immersed into water, as a women, as the example is given to her in the New Testament, in which everyone is commanded to live under. In Acts 8:12, it says as follows:


 


“But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.”


 


She was baptized on a Monday about 7:00 p.m. because she learned baptism is so essential, it does not matter the day or the time, the baptism takes place. However, she was a women over twenty years old, in which, in the Old Testament, the age of accountability was twenty years old and above for the people who were required to give an offering unto the Lord. Exodus 14:30 speaks of the age of accountability for the people who were required to give an offering unto the Lord as follows:


 


“Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering unto the LORD”.


Therein, in the New Testament, in Romans 15:4, it says as follows:


 


“For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.”


 


Jackie Simmons was over twenty years old when she was re-baptized or re-immersed into water, after first, being baptized when she was eleven years old. Jackie Simmons was re-baptized or re-immersed into water because she wanted to make her election and calling sure as 2 Peter 1:10 says as follows:


 


“Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.”


 


However, Jackie Simmons has one son, and lives in Louisiana.
