Autoren-Porträt
Dr Rawinia Higgins (Tuhoe) is an Associate Professor at Te Kawa a Maui, Victoria University of Wellington. She and Dr Poia Rewi are the principal investigators on Te Kura Roa, a three-year study of the value of the Maori language.Dr Poia Rewi (Tuhoe, Ngati Manawa, Te Arawa) is an Associate Professor at Te Tumu, University of Otago, and his research interests include te reo and tikanga Maori, Maori oratory and Maori history
Vincent Olsen-Reeder (Nga Potiki a Tamapahore) is a senior researcher for Te Kura Roa, a Nga Pae o te Maramatanga funded Pae Tawhiti initiative that examines the value of the Maori language. This research programme examines both state and community responsiveness to Maori language revitalisation efforts in Aotearoa. Vincent is currently completing his MA thesis at Te Kawa a Maui, School of Maori Studies, Victoria University.
