Poems filled with feelings because they are based on the feeling or the moment that I was going through.

Frida Engram was born March 28, 1979, in Nassau, Bahamas. Raised there for fourteen years where she attended school up until ninthth grade. She then moved to New York City at the age of fourteen and finished her high school there. She then attended York College, where she received her BS degree in biology. She then met her husband, Perry Engram, at the kingdom hall. They had a courtship that led to marriage and eventually two beautiful children, Jadon and Jael. She has always enjoyed writing poetry as a hobby. After much encouragement from family, she decided to put her poetry into a book and then seek out self-publishing.
