Liz Davies is senior lecturer in children and families social work at London Metropolitan University, specialising in training police and social workers in joint investigation and Achieving Best Evidence interview skills. Liz successfully supported Lisa Arthurworrey, social worker for Victoria Climbie, in her Care Standards Tribunal case against the Secretary of State. She provides consultancy to the media on child protection issues and has written widely on child protection issues.Nora Duckett is Senior Lecturer in social work at London Metropolitan University. Having worked in social work since 1985, she joined the NSPCC in 1999 and worked to develop a service for young women sexually exploited through prostitution. She went on to manage a central government funded strategy project and helped to develop protocols across London to respond to young people who run away from care and home.
