Lev M. Klyatis, Hab. Dr.-Ing., Sc.D, PhD, is Senior Consultant at SoHaR, Inc. and a member of the board of directors of the International Association of Arts & Sciences in New York. His vast experience and innovation enabled him to create a new approach for the solution of reliability/durability/maintainability problems.
