Jin, HuiminHuimin Jin (PhD) is 211 Chair Professor of Cultural Theory & Aesthetics at Shanghai International Studies University, Shanghai, and Professor of Literary Theory at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing, China. His publications, among others, include »Post-Confucian Turn« (2008), »Consequences of New Media: A Critical Theory Concerning the End of Literature« (2005), »Postmodernity and Dialectical Hermeneutics« (2002), »Beyond the Will: A Study of Arthur Schopenhauer's Philosophy and Aesthetics« (1999 & 2007), and »Anti-Metaphysics and Contemporary Aesthetics« (1997). He is Editor of the journal »Differences« (Kaifeng: Henan University Press, 2002).
