A look at the global portfolio of energy and the scenarios of the changes that this portfolio will have on the horizon 2025 shows that paying attention to the different scenarios presented to the world energy portfolio can be a good guide to regional studies for designing future scenarios of the Regional or global energy portfolios. This study is about to follow the way to find a vision for the future.
