L'oreal has been given 15 days to answer back about the concerns being raised against them. The United States Food and Drug Administration has voiced out that the Lancome USA makes use of drugs which are likely to boost the activity of the genes and stimulating cell regeneration which could be very harmful and unsafe in the long run. More importantly, the FDA has made ot clear that failure to fix the advertising claims could lead to enforcement actions. The enforcement actions would mean seizure of the products and injunctions against their manufacturers and distributors.
