Professor Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the LLM Degree Academic Director at Robert Kennedy College, Zürich, Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken, and for the Law Programme, North Borneo University College. He is Professor of EU Law for the South East European Law School Network (SEELS) online EU Modules. He has 35 years' experience teaching and examining EU law, and has published anumber of leading EU law textbooks. His other OUP publications include EU Law Directions, Foster on EU Law, Concentrate Q&A on EU Law, and German Legal System and Laws.
