John Jeston, Lead Consultant at TouchPoint BPM practice, is a former CIO, HR Director and has over 30 years experience consulting, training and coaching on BPM, BPR, project management and outsourcing. John has been speaking and teaching on BPM since 1999 and is an author and course director of a distance BPM learning program.Johan Nelis is a Lead Consultant at TouchPoint BPM practice, he has specialised for the last 15 years in the implementation of BPM, strategic alignment and coaching in Australia, the Netherlands and Asia. Johan co-founded the successful Dutch BPM Forum, gives presentations and workshops on BPM and is author of two distance BPM learning programs.
