These Fe doped CdS thin films find a variety of applications in spintronic devices such as spin filters or spin polarizers, solar cells, optoelectronic devices, etc. In order to know the usefulness of the present Fe doped CdS thin films, it is proposed to fabricate spintronic based devices and study its performance.
