The charge transfer mechanism is discussed using the quantum mechanical calculations of hyper polarizability and dipole moment. From the decomposition of iron oxide nanoparticles using XRD and spectroscopic techniques. Magnetic behaviuor of resulting polymorphs of iron oxide nanoparticles also discussed.
