Autoren-Porträt von Caroline I. Magyar
Caroline I. Magyar, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities, Department of Pediatrics, and Principal Investigator of the Assessment and Records Core in the Studies to Advance Autism Research and Treatment (STAART) Center, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, Rochester, NY. Dr. Magyar holds a Ph.D. in Clinical/School Psychology from Hofstra University and an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Technology from Adelphi University. Dr. Magyar's work focuses on the assessment and treatment of autism spectrum disorders, and the development and evaluation of educational program models for public and private schools. She is the recipient of numerous private, state, and federal grants in the areas of personnel preparation, community education, research, and service; and has written several chapters and papers on the assessment and treatment of autism spectrum and development disabilities.
